Debbie and I picked up our loaded 3.6 Limited outback on Friday and drove it home to Fredericksburg.  We are very happy with the purchase, with the purchase price, and our experience picking it up.

But what I wanted to highlight was Robert Thomas...I doubt I would have bought a car from your dealership without my first favorable internet email contact with Robert.  He made the transaction easy, no pressure, and very efficient.  I arranged to buy the car and sign the purchase order before we ever talked.  I do not have a lot of time in my profession so I prefer to work out all of the arrangements via email-- Robert was the man for that job.  Robert made this sale.
